You can display the entire chart, or show only selected portions or selected levels of a chart. Drilling commands let you easily move through chart levels.

You can format any chart element, including chart boxes, colors, and text. You can customize reporting lines and adjust the space between boxes and text. Your customized formats can be saved as styles for repeated use.

You can automatically maintain head counts for total positions, open positions, and planned head count in the organization. You can show head counts for selected areas of the organization.

Org Publisher prints charts on single or multiple pages, in chart or tree view. You can customize headers and footers with custom title, chart location, actual head count, open positions, and planned head count features.

You can publish charts on any Web server and view them from within your browser (such as Netscape Navigator or MS Internet Explorer). You can publish using the free Org Publisher Plugin for interactive org charts (which you can download from the author's Web site), or to an image map or GIF file.

You can also print an organization chart book; perform roll-up calculations on numeric data; create and display different views of your organization's data; insert employee photographs, symbols and your company logo within your chart; display head counts; preview your chart before you print it; and more.
