publishes your dynamic IP address and connection details to a Web page.
The Web page can be customized with links to services on your machine such as Web and FTP. CheapDNS also checks the status of other CheapDNS users and, if they’re online, updates your local host name resolution file with their current IP address. You can then initiate point-to-point communications using easily recognizable names rather than cryptic, numbered addresses.
Features of CheapDNS include: automatic application launching; integrated chat; a built-in mail-checker that supports multiple accounts; command line options; and the ability to automatically shut down.
