Since your IP address changes each time you sign on using a dial-up connection, finding your server becomes difficult. BroadcastIP posts your IP address with the current date and time to your Web page each time you connect.

In addition, if you get disconnected from your ISP, it automatically reconnects you, and reposts your new IP address.
