It checks your e-mail by emulating POP3 servers, using the post clients that are utilized on POP3 as a protocol. It comes with an anti-spam filter. It can notify you when new mail arrives, and it can play a sound or display a message when urgent mail arrives.

It can remain on your desktop or run as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
