Using ExLife, you can create any number of filters which automatically move messages to different folders, as well as copy, reply, forward, print, mark as read, mark as unread, redirect messages and save message attachments. Actions are quite flexible and can be based on the conditions that occur after delivery, after reading, and after sending messages. ExLife also enables you to add an optional signature to automatically append to messages you prepare.

You can also create "virtual folders", which show messages that match a certain condition. For example, you can create a virtual folder that displays unread messages from all folders.
