A closer look at eFax Messenger Plus

eFax Messenger Plus adds a new button to the menu bar or File menu of your favorite applications. One click and it automatically converts the open document into a rich, full-color format optimized for e-mailing; combines the document with its free eFax Messenger Viewer, the only software needed to view and print an eFax Messenger Plus document; launches your e-mail client; and attaches the document to a new message, ready to be addressed and sent.

You can also add text and shapes, voice recordings, and stamps to your fax file; include password protection and a fax cover note; combine files; search and print them; scan documents to e-mail, fax, and file; manage an address book; as well as zoom, rotate, and flip your documents.

The program also runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
