The Athlete Information module lets you enter and manage personal information and nutrition and fitness goals for athletes.
The Nutrition module lets you plan, enter and monitor your nutritional intake. Starting with the built-in foods database, you can add new foods and recipes, or modify the foods that are included.
The Strengh Training module lets you create workouts based on your level, strength, schedule, and exercises. You can let Crosstrainer II set your goals or you can make your own.
The Aerobics and Sports module lets you choose from the built-in library of training and sports templates or enter your own. You can track your training and sports including any statistics that you feel are important.
The Log Book lets you enter freeform information on a daily basis.
You can print a variety of reports for a specific date or date range.
Cross Trainer II also features a download capability to the Timex Ironman Datalink watch. You can download phone numbers, workout information, or even scheduling data directly to your watch and take it with you anywhere you go. You can also upload and download recipes and workouts to and from the Crosstrainer Online Community Web site.
