You can also create your own custom workouts with the exercises, reps, and training days that you want. You can select and schedule aerobic exercises from a list or enter your own. The program will set goals for each workout and print your workout before going to the gym.
You can track your nutritional intake meal by meal, and can select foods from the food database, or enter your own.
You can organize and view your workouts, exercises, and nutrition. You can print a variety of reports, and display graphs. The Weigh In option lets you track your weight and measurements.
