You can use the calorie and weight tracking features to monitor your success in reducing weight and improving health. By using the exercise tracking features you can monitor calories expended during exercise. The Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) tracking features allow you to print charts and reports showing daily calorie consumption and the net gain or loss from your BMR.
You can also monitor your exercise performance by using the weight training forms and features. You can select from over 70 standard exercises in the exercise database, or add your own exercises to the database. With AeroTrack you can track exercises using repetitions, sets, weight changes, and set duration. You can also track the primary and secondary muscles used with each exercise.
AeroTrack comes with several printable forms for tracking exercises, diet, and weight-loss. You can enter you data directly into the computer, or you can print the form, write your data on the form, then scan it into AeroTrack.
