Historical Events Analysis is a technique of looking at important events that occur in a company's history and analyzing how they affect the company's stock price. If you can determine how this cause and effect relationship works, then the next time such an event happens, you'll be able to predict the change in stock price.

The program tracks about 450 stable companies, organized by industry. You can update the stock price/volume and the daily events data directly from Wall Street Messenger. If you click on the "Download Data" tool button, then the program will download files and update the databases on your hard disk.
