You can easily create menu plans by selecting recipes or adding miscellaneous items for a specified date range.
The program can automatically create a shopping list when you save a menu plan. You can delete items from the list or add other miscellaneous items that are not part of any recipe. You can also create a shopping list with the lowest price and store displayed for items, and can create lists sorted by store aisles.
Now You're Cooking also includes nutritional data for almost 6,000 food items. You can obtain a nutritional analysis for an ingredient, a recipe, group of recipes, a menu entry, meal, menu day, or all menu days.
You can print recipes, cookbooks, menus, shopping lists, and more. You can export recipes in "Meal Master" or text format.
Other features include a spell checker, cooking terms and tips, pop-up calendar, Web connectivity for quick recipe downloads, and more.
