A closer look at Food Smart Professional Edition
This nutritional analysis and nutritional education program lets you analyze individual foods, recipes, menus and client food intake records for one to seven days. Client files are managed effectively, including anthropometric measurements, BEE, BMI, ideal weight, medical and social history and follow-up appointments. Food items, recipes, clients and menus can be searched quickly using keywords and/or key nutrient. The numerous graphs and reports produced by Food Smart will enhance nutritional assessment and client education. Nutritional analysis is based on the 1991 Canadian Nutrient File (containing over 3,900 foods) and the 1990 Canadian Recommended Nutrient Intakes.
