is a realistic pinball game with real physics behind the ball movement and table obstacles.
Balls of Steel features pinball tables with edge and attitude. No cutesy themes here. We're talking about animated creatures that get splattered by your ball, and laser cannons that dish out destruction.
Choose to play 5 pinball tables including: Darkside, Barbarian, Firestorm, Mutation, and Duke Nukem. Each table displays at 800x600 resolution, and can be played in either a scrolling or fixed-screen view.
Balls of Steel features many special effects and table animations. There is also event-triggered music, and each table has characters that speak during the gameplay (to you and to each other).
This shareware version includes the Darkside table. Monstrous aliens attack a research station in deep space, terrorizing and killing as they spread through the base. As the leader of a team of elite troops, you must use all the firepower at your disposal to take back the station, exterminate the invaders, and save the remaining scientists.
