A closer look at Black Book
You can record up to 4 numbers for each contact, which can be labeled and defined as either a phone number (home, work, pager, fax), e-mail address, or a WWW page. Then click the "Dial" button to either dial the number, open an e-mail, or open your Web browser. Black book will keep a log of all your calls. You can also record the mailing address for your contacts.
Black book will automatically convert Windows CardFile files, and you can save your file as a delimited list which can be opened in spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel.
