Zip Express 2000 can send data (even entire ranges of ZIP Code data) to the Clipboard, applications, or your printer via over 80 customizable hot keys. Hot keys can also perform searches. For example, press CTRL+SHIFT+J in your word processor and watch a ZIP Code entry box appear. Type in a ZIP Code, and suddenly the city, state and ZIP Code are typed right into your word processor at the cursor location.
Zip Express lets you create unlimited ZIP Code information formats for pasting into programs, copying to the Clipboard, or sending to the printer. You can select a set of fields (such as, city, state abbreviation, area code and time zone), and then include your own text. Formats designed for pasting into programs can include common keystrokes, such as "tab" or "backtab" keys for field navigation, and "backspace" or "delete" characters for removal of old information.
