It has separate databases for contacts\prospects, salespeople, and brokers\companies. Write your own scripts (and store the data) for prequalifying buyers, prequalifying sellers, prequalifying property, and cold calling. Print reports on anything you monitor by date range and sales associate, "Clients Progress Toward Sale" reports, and mass mailers (envelopes and labels with the property picture). Schedule letters for printing at a future date. Prepare CMA and net sheets (as simple or as in-depth as you want). Import and export data into other programs.
HomesByWatson was designed to integrate with Microsoft Office 95 (not required). It is fully networkable and replicable (another copy can be used on a notebook and synchronized later), and Internet enabled (select and send information over the Internet in text, rich text or Excel format).
