For each contact, Contact Browser displays name, title, and company, and includes tabs for Address, Business (position, department, office, assistant, e-mail), Phone (up to 9 phone numbers), E-mail, Documents, Personal (spouse, dates to remember), Categories, Notes (4 custom fields), Contact Info (to make contacts private to hide them from other users), Reminders, and Call History. There are also 20 user-definable custom fields available.
With Contact Browser you can assign multiple categories and multiple addresses to contacts, connect to your contact's Web page, send e-mail to contacts, drag and drop contacts from one database to another, and copy and paste entire contact records.
Other features include a fully integrated word processor (with support for Microsoft Word, Windows Write, Text, and Rich Text Format (RTF) files); an auto dialer; label printing with user-defined templates; customizable reports; multiple database support; user-definable contact templates; searching, sorting and filtering; import capabilities; the ability to export data to delimited text files; envelope printing; System Tray support; color printing; and more.
