TurboProject Pro lets you plan, manage and communicate every stage of any kind of project. Each project handles over 32,000 activities, and you can manage one or many projects simultaneously. The top down project creation lets you start with the project goals and then break them down into manageable steps. It features customizable project, activity and resource calendars. The multiple views let you see the project schedule, elements and relevant resources all in the same view, or you can view as little of the project you want at a time. You can navigate the different levels of detail, projects and subprojects through a readily accessible tree diagram. And you can drag and drop objects between projects or WBS limbs without losing dependencies and workflow.
TurboProject lets you dynamically schedule and constrain resources. Set "what if" scenarios by setting limits on schedules or resources to forecast and resolve any bottlenecks or schedule conflicts. You can link certain resources or events between different projects or subprojects.
You can generate custom reports as well as a variety of charts including Gantt, logic network, compressed network and PERT charts, as well as resource/expense histograms and curves. You can filter, group, sort or summarize in any combination. You can import/export dBase (DBF), Lotus (WK1) and ASCII files. It also features direct ODBC connectivity that lets you easily exchange data between the project management information and other data files. A former winner of PC Magazine Editor's Choice Award, TurboProject used to sell for almost $2,000. TurboProject is capable of managing up to 32,000 projects at one time. TurboProject runs under Windows 3.x and Windows95, but does not run on Windows NT.
