QDocs is a DMS (Document Management System) application which integrates with Microsoft Office 97 and 2000.
You can manage numerous documents previously found in various folders, create a unique reference number for every document which automatically appears in the footer, perform searches by reference number or any other criteria, and save complex searches for future use.
The program also allows you to view your documents by project and client; create document templates; add your favorite documents to a special folder; print documents from within QDocs; mass import documents that are not yet associated with QDocs's database; and automatically back up your documents.
