Old and straightforward interface
Although it doesn't contain particularly compelling visual elements, the interface is easy to navigate, as it shows all options provided by the utility. It also integrates an option for reverting changes, in order to restore the old file names, but it didn't work in our tests. Although it hasn't been updated for a long time, Tiny Renamer still works on newer Windows editions. No error dialogs popped up in our tests, and it didn't hang or crash. Tasks were carried out swiftly while CPU and RAM consumption remained minimal.On the other hand, Tiny Renamer offers an inconvenient method for bulk file renaming.
