Kill-UAC : Turns off some of the warnings and popups triggered by the User Account Control (UAC) when trying to run new applications on Windows VistaThe User Account Control or, in short, UAC is a Windows feature that was introduced with the release of Windows Vista and Server 2008 but that is present on more recent operating system iterations as well. Its purpose is to prevent applications from inheriting the elevated privileges from the currently logged in user unless approved by an administrator, for obvious security reasons. Disabling the User Account Control results in a more vulnerable system. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the features stays turned on, especially since it is much less annoying on more recent OS versions.
