W10 Logon BG Changer1.2.1.0

There are many ways to personalize a computer, and the most common ones deal with selecting a custom desktop background or installing a new theme. Those who want to take things one step further can even alter the logon screen by replacing it with another image. W10 Logon BG Changer is one of the apps that can help you with this task.

Customize Windows 10 PCs

This application only works on computers running Windows 10, either x86 or x64, so if you are running an older edition, you cannot benefit from its functions.Since it is designed to be used by both beginners and experts, the GUI version will most likely prove to be suitable for novices, whereas tech-savvy users will prefer the command-line utility.

Preview the customized logon screen in real-time

The GUI (graphical user interface) is intuitive and straightforward, as you only need to browse to any image on your PC, then preview the new look of the logon screen. The supported source formats are JPEG, PNG, BMP and TIFF.On the downside, you cannot rely on drag and drop to load a compatible picture, thus limiting your options to manually browsing to the file’s location.Alternatively, you can select a solid color to be used as the logon background, and you can experiment with several of them until you are pleased with the previewed result. The final step is to apply the changes.

Further personalize the logon screen

This software solution also allows you to hide the user information from the logon screen, meaning that the account name and the registered Microsoft email are no longer visible. The same can be applied to the default glyphs, such as power options or ease of access. In a nutshell, W10 Logon BG Changer is a reliable solution for replacing the standard logon screen image with a custom one, while also providing some additional functions.
