Simple UDP Proxy/Pipe is a command-line application designed as an advanced UDP proxy for sending and modifying data packets. It can be connected to multiple clients and used to create ACP files, among other features.

No installation required

There is no setup pack involved, which makes Simple UDP Proxy/Pipe portable. You can drop the executable file in any part of the hard disk and call its process from a Command Prompt dialog. Evaluation and conclusion

We have not come across any stability issues throughout our testing, since the software utility did not hang, crash or pop up error messages. It runs on low CPU and RAM, so it shouldn't affect the overall performance of the PC.
