MKN Network Monitor is a tracking tool for inbound and outbound network connections generated by apps running on your computer, while allowing you to view the local and remote IP addresses, as well as processes.

Simple surveillance

The program shows users the remote IP address that the app installed on their computer tries to access, together with their protocol. The fastest rate connected apps can get refreshed at is once at every 0.1 seconds, which is pretty instantaneous. However, if that doesn't suit you, the refresh rate can be changed to a lower frequency of about once every 3 seconds.
