Network Information Requester is a feather-light and portable application you can use to collect network-related information, such as the computer and user name, network adapter type, card ID, name and description, along with DHCP settings.It automatically gathers the necessary data without user assistance and gives you the possibility to save it to file for closer inspection and safekeeping. Due to its lack of advanced options or configuration settings, it can be used even by those not accustomed to networking software.

No setup required

The entire program's packed in a single .exe file that you can save to a custom location on the disk or copy to a USB flash drive, in order to seamlessly launch Network Information Requester on any PC without having to install anything beforehand. It doesn't have software requirements, create files on the HDD without asking for your permission, or modify Windows registry settings. A simple file deletion is enough to uninstall it.

Clean and intuitive interface

The interface is simple and intuitive, made from a regular window that immediately gathers and display network information at startup, enabling you to study general details, such as computer and user name, along with network-specific data, such as total network adapters, names and descriptions, indexes, types, and whether or not DHCP is enabled.

View and save network information

Other info focuses on the gateway list and DHCP server IP addresses, date and time of obtained and expired lease, whether or not WINS is enabled, primary and secondary WINS server IP addresses, interface flags (e.g. IP, netmask, broadcast) and Active Directory (e.g. department, company, display and common name, email address, organizational unit, location, city).All these details can be saved to an HTML file by indicating the output directory and filename.

To wrap it up, Network Information Requester facilitates a user-friendly interface for analyzing some network information, and it can be easily handled. CPU and RAM consumption was minimal in our tests.
