You can set the measurement mode to a preset unit (inches, pixels, centimeters) or set a custom value by defining the unit size (pixels per unit), ticks per unit, and display unit value.It is also possible to modify the ruler scale, clear marks, change the mark color and font, as well as bring up additional rulers (i.e. multiple instances are allowed). The app also integrates a scientific calculator, which is available through the main screen.Cool Ruler has a good response time and uses minimum system resources, so it doesn't decrease overall performance. No error dialogs have been shown in our tests, and the utility did not hang or crash. All in all, Cool Ruler offers a simple solution to using an on-screen, multipurpose ruler.
