A small paragraph gives you brief info on the selected article. The latest ten entries are displayed and you can easily scroll through them. If you're on the run, the application lets you save articles of interest using a bookmarks manager. Preferred items are saved in a separate menu, but there is no possibility to sort them out, nor is the parent category displayed.The application is pretty simple overall, but with a little something to be desired. All things considered, Google News Reader manages to get most of the job properly done, even though it's missing a thing or two. It takes little space on your desktop and manages to deliver latest entries in nearly any area of interest.
