Unlocking it is done in a similar manner. From this point on, an error dialog pops up every time an attempt is made to open the drive in question.Note that Drive Locker cannot lock the drive that has the operating system installed. There are no other options available through this tool.The application runs on a very low amount of CPU and RAM, so it does not affect the overall performance of the computer. We have not come across any issues throughout our evaluation, since Drive Locker did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs.Although it's not the most resourceful program available, Drive Locker serves its purpose and can be handled even by novices, thanks to its overall simplicity.
