This GMAT test preparation app comes with a wealth of available topics which allow students to test and verify their analytical thinking. Topics are separated in two categories: topics and issues. These topics confront students with situations similar to events in real life and test the way they reason with contexts like these, while keeping an analytical mindset.Basic test environment
The test layout is pretty simple. Users can select specific topics or choose them randomly or based on some keywords. The testing window is separated in two sections, one which holds the text generated by the program, and the second which must contain the student's work.After the second section is completed, GMAT will give users the option to save the text only to plain text file format. Other text standards are not available. Also, the test period is fixed to only half an hour. A small counter is permanently placed at the top-right corner of the window.Not much flexibility
GMAT AWA Simulator isn't really a very flexible application. You can't move it anywhere on the screen or minimize it, or do anything to it. You just click your way through the testing process until the end of the test. The only way to close the testing window is to click the ‘End Exam’ button.
