Petal Invoice is a simple to use program that enables you to quickly and easily create invoices or receipts for your customers’ purchase orders. The tool is user-friendly and offers great flexibility in filling in the fields with the desired information. Thus, you do not need to spend a high amount of time configuring a database before creating an invoice.

User-friendly interface and rapid invoices

Petal Invoice’s interface is straightforward and allows you to start filling in the required fields as soon as you open it. You may simply add the required information in the fields, by typing it, except for the customer’s name. This feature makes it easy for you to generate quick invoices, since you do not need to configure new entries in case of new customers, items or employees.You may enter the invoice number, reference, date, billing and shipping addresses, driver’s name, then specify the content of the purchase order. You may apply taxes or discounts to each item in the invoice, as well as a global discount, for the entire bill. The general discount can be configured as flat or percentage.

Customers’ records and invoice generating

With each invoice that you fill in, you can instantly save the data and preview the payment form, before printing it. The software does not feature a direct printing function or send by email utility, however, you may save the invoice as an image, then easily manage it.Each invoice can be saved in the record of the customer it was created for. You can easily add new clients, from the dedicated menu entry or simply click the ‘Add New Customer’ button near the name field.

Customize invoices with headers and comments

Petal Invoice allows you to also save receipts for each customer and view all the documents in the Invoices / Receipts List. An invoice can be customized with the company’s header and you may add personal notes or comments to it. The header reflects the Company Information, while the comments can be added in the dedicated field at the bottom of the main window.
