It's possible to refresh the view, as well as to apply a custom pick color or configure HSV, HSL, RGB or CMYK levels. Results can be previewed before committing modifications, and settings can be reset to default.M/Z errors can be displayed or hidden. In addition, you can choose an error color and set the error width (Dalton), provide a sequence for generating a theoretical MS/MS spectrum, hide errors, disable spectrum overlay, as well as choose the ion types to display after examining the line and label color, maximum charge, abundance, and labels. Further ions may be generated for H2O or NS3 loss or gain. The resulted image can be exported to PNG format.
