WIC (WhoIsCalling) is designed to extract the caller line identification (in short, CLI) information whenever your computer terminal intercepts a call received by the landline telephone.Working as a Windows service, this small tool monitors incoming calls in the background, without interfering with your work. It listens a specific serial port number for calls and returns the CLI information, broadcasting it as UDp packets. As such, the information can be easily intercepted by any listening client.The configuration window enables you to change the serial port to use and adjust various other options. You can change the baud rate, the data bits, parity, stop bits, as well as tamper with the incoming call string settings.The start of string is editable and so is the message length. Furthermore, you can modify the extension and the phone no start and no length parameters. The broadcast address can also be changed and so is the port number to use.
