MIDIGRAB - Extract a midi song from uncompressed archives.Some file formats contain standard midi. But they only can be used by certain programs that can handle the special file structure. For example RIFF midi files contain a standard midi and have a 12 byte header that is only used by Microsoft MCI player. Sometimes I get midi files from Macintosh users, where the author has forgotten to remove the macintosh specific header.
