GIF Info v1.0 Description: is a command-line utility that displays all the characteristics of a GIF file. GIF Info displays all of the technical data stored inside any GIF file. This information includes the GIF header, the logical screen width and height, the background color index, the pixel aspect ratio, the presence or absence of global color table and all of its characteristics, the image position, the image width and height, the presence or absence of local color table, and its characteristics.
For GIF89a files, which can be animated, GIF Info displays the graphic control extension (which shows the disposal method, the user input flag, the transparent color flag, the delay time, and the transparent color index), the comments, and much more.
