is a keyboard utility which makes all ANSI characters easily accessible within any Windows application.AllChars lets you quickly enter special characters. Upon activation, it translates your next two keystrokes into a single extended character.
You simply press the Ctrl key and release it, and then the two characters, which combined form the special one.
