is a countdown timer utility which lets you set a time delay before you are disconnected from the Internet.
You simply enter the time delay in hours and minutes and WebTimer counts down this delay, displaying the remaining time, the current date and time, and the state of your dial-up connection.
The program's window makes itself "on-top" every five minutes and the last minute, and by default, disconnects you from the Internet when the time is up, which can be circumvented with a password.
It also lets you select the screen startup position, as well as disable the taskbar and the Ctrl-Alt-Delete task manager.
