With this program you can translate INI files that contains language strings for some programs.This works with BORGChat, MessengerPlus!, FlashGet and others.
e.g. :

-Create YourLang.ini in the Lang directory
-Open English.ini as the Original File and YourLang.ini as the

-Translate all the texts
-Add a new entry in Language.ini
-Set BORGChat in your language ;)
