modifies the drilling files for CNC machines in order to match them with the inner multi-layered PCBS (Printed Circuit Boards) having non-uniform shrinkage or dimensional modification due to the manufactoring process.The program can change all the coordinates of the drilling file and the Gerber files related to the external layers. It uses a special interpolation algorithm based on neural networks.
The input of the program can be made manually, in graphical mode, using a special "Virtual Reality Measure" with a low cost x-Ray camera, or using a special probe that can be purchased from the author of the program. The probe must be connected to the PCB while four special test-coupons are drilled.
Neurocam has many utilities related to statistical data collection and test-coupon tuning and customization.
