A closer look at e-Read

e-Read includes an on-line, step-by-step tutorial which takes approximately an hour to complete. At the end of this tutorial, your reading speed should double. After three to five days of use, you can increase your reading speed tenfold.

The program displays the text of any electronic document in text blocks in one location on the screen. The advantage to the user is that the eye does not have to refocus while reading, and the distractions of scrolling text and adjusting windows disappear.

e-Read lets you gradually increase your reading speed through the use of scalable reading speeds. You can start off slow and gradually increase your reading speed at your own pace.
