You can store an unlimited amount of information per file, and create as many separate data files as you like. Info Keep also lets you assign an expiration date to each entry and notifies you when entry data needs to be changed.
It can be "locked" while you are away from your desk, and can run as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
