is a simple command-line utility which allows you to scan ASCII files for Web addresses and generate a list of any URLs found in HTML format.This utility lets you scan up to ten files simultaneously, and generate an HTML index file with links to the addresses found in each scan, appending an address or overwriting it as necessary.
