With QwikQuote you can communicate product information and generate customized sales quotations and invoices. QwikQuote compiles, prices, and customizes your quotation, then prints, faxes, or e-mails it.
QwikQuote builds quotes and orders from an electronic price list, and then attaches the quote to the contact record in contact managers such as ACT!, GoldMine, Maximizer, or Microsoft Outlook. You can also use QwikQuote's own contact list. QwikQuote prints customized forms, and allows you to fax your quotes with any faxing software. QwikQuote can generate Acrobat-compatible PDF files for e-mailing without additional software and can produce web-enabled sales quotes.
QuikQuote can import your existing product database in database formats including Microsoft Access, dBase, and FoxPro. QwikQuote's interactive profit and commission analysis button helps monitor the impact of price changes. QwikQuote can create bundles of your most popular products and services, and track and insert the benefits of any product. Its search and sort features can help you find the lowest price, and QwikQuote's dynamic price allocation helps you achieve target margins by allocating profit dollars to less price sensitive items.
Customized reports can be generated using QwikQuote's report feature, Crystal Reports or any other report generator.
Other features of QuickQuote include: the ability to describe each product on your quote in up to 32,000 characters; up to 30 quantity price breaks for each product; the ability to see what price your customer last paid for a product; the ability to track product pictures, benefits, videos, weights, detailed information and more; a markup tool to adjust your profit margins when prices change; support for Canadian GST/PST taxes; support for any world currency through Windows currency settings; an optional link to QuickBooks to convert your quotes toQuickBooks invoices; and the ability to create quote templates.
You can use your contact manager to synchronize attached quotes, then create a centralized reporting database with the QwikQuote file organizer.
