The program's features include: arithmetic and logical operators; common functions, such as exponential, log, square, and square root; common trigonometric, hyperbolic, and complex functions; equation solving capability; and special functions, such as Gamma, Bessels, Si, and Ci.

You can also compute statistical functions, such as mean, standard deviation, sum, and variance; run FOR-DO loops; save your plots (graphics) in BMP, EMF, or WMF format; and perform matrix operations.

WiSCy99 includes a debugger; 3D plotting capability; the ability to work in decimal, hexadecimal, and binary bases; support for engineering notations; and 10 to 12 significant digits precision.

In addition, you can define your own variables and functions, append up to 30 constants, and search and edit the built-in constant database.
