Using MoreTerra should be a cinch for Terraria players. It displays a simple tabbed user interface that’s pretty much self explanatory. All you need in order to generate a map is to choose the world file you want to map out and then click the ‘Draw World’ button. That’s it, and after the drawing phase ends, you’ll have the image file ready for viewing. After all is said and done, MoreTerra displays distinct markers for objects, containers, gems, ores and people. Of course, you won’t get the same marker for all the 10 or 20 elements that are contained in each category, they all have a different one.
