For each contact you can track name, address, e-mail, phone (work, home, mobile), three custom fields, and notes. You can sort your contacts on any of these fields. You can create a mail merge file from your contact data.

The card file lets you track any type of information in a card file type format.

The memo area lets you create up to 12 memos.

The calendar lets you schedule appointments and maintain annual events (such as birthdays). You can be notified of events a specified number of days prior to the event (you cannot choose different notification periods for each event).

You can print all or any selected records in the program.
