As well as assigning the double-click to the middle mouse button, you can also assign the Start Menu, copy to Clipboard, cut to Clipboard, Paste from Clipboard, Undo last edit, or Run a command to the middle button. And, instead of assigning the middle mouse button to these actions, you can alternatively assign two buttons pressed at the same time (the left and right buttons, the middle and left buttons, or the middle and right buttons) to the same actions.
