allows you to use "if" predicate arguments, such as bigger than and smaller than.
The MS-DOS command "if" does not let you use numeric predicates, such as bigger than, smaller than, bigger or equal than, or smaller or equal than; this utility does.
The predicates which you can use are: equival, unequival, smallerthan, biggerthan, smallerequivalthan, and biggerequivalthan.
If the predicate is true, Ifnumber returns errorlevel 1; if the predicate is false, Ifnumber returns errorlevel 0; and if the syntax is wrong, Ifnumber returns errorlevel 255.
