Applese offers fast development and deployment; a reduced learning curve; and lower maintenance by generating the EJBs, home interfaces, remote interfaces, client-servlet code, HTML based user-interfaces, and swing based user-interfaces.

When the developer defines a model of business objects, Applese generates EJB based business objects including the data-access related components for bean-managed persistance, the user-interfaces for the business object in HTML and swing. Developers then need to add the business logic code.
