Features include: the ability to view resources as hex or interpreted; the ability to convert resources; and the ability to scan executables, dynamic-link libraries, ActiveX components and Control Panel applets.

ResXTractor is highly configurable, it scans the drive, path or files of your choice, and only searches for and extracts the resources that you choose.
