Overview

What is NoLights?

allows you to disconnect your active Dial-Up Networking connection when its System Tray icon has disappeared.

In depth

A closer look at NoLights

This utility is designed for those infuriating times when the Dial-Up Networking connection icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar disappears and you are left with no way to disconnect your modem other than to pull the plug.

If you lose the connection icon, you simply run NoLights, and if there is an active DUN connection, you are able to disconnect more gracefully.
